Go to the Orders tab at the bottom of the app and tap on any order to see its live status. Your order goes through the following stages:

• Pending — Order received, awaiting confirmation
• Processing — We are preparing your items
• Shipped — Order is on the way
• Delivered — Order successfully delivered

Once shipped, a Track Order button will appear with real-time courier tracking.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel:

• Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number
• Our team will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled
• If payment was made online, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned after delivery.

Order modifications are only possible if the order has not yet been processed. Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp. Once processing begins, changes cannot be made. You may cancel and place a new order if needed.

Orders may be cancelled due to:

• Item out of stock after purchase
• Payment verification failure
• Undeliverable address
• Suspected fraudulent activity

You will be notified via the app and email. A full refund will be issued automatically if payment was made.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location:

• Ibadan — Same day or next day delivery
• Lagos, Abuja — 1–2 business days
• Other states — 2–3 business days

You'll receive tracking updates once your order ships. Delays may occur during public holidays.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on your delivery address and package weight using Shipbubble, our courier partner. You'll see the exact fee at checkout before confirming your order. Store pickup is always free.

Our store is located at: Opposite Bovas Filling Station, Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 hours of order confirmation. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Currently, MC Store only delivers within Nigeria. We cover all 36 states and the FCT. International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.

We accept:

• Pay Online — Debit/credit cards, bank transfer, and USSD via Paystack
• Cash on Delivery — Pay when your order arrives (available for orders between ₦7,000 and ₦50,000)

All online payments are secured by Paystack and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Cash on Delivery is only available for orders between ₦7,000 and ₦50,000. If your order total is below ₦7,000 or above ₦50,000, you'll need to pay online via Paystack. This policy helps us ensure safe and efficient order management.

Yes, absolutely. All online payments on MC Store are processed by Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant and trusted by thousands of businesses across Africa. We never see or store your card details. Your payment information is fully encrypted and secure.

If your payment fails, please:

• Check that your card has sufficient funds
• Ensure your internet connection is stable
• Try a different payment method (e.g. bank transfer instead of card)
• Contact your bank if the issue persists
• Reach us on WhatsApp if you need further assistance

To return an item:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Send your order number and photos of the item via WhatsApp
• Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 24–48 hours
• We'll arrange a pickup or guide you to drop off at our store
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Online payments are refunded to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

We sincerely apologise! Please:

• Take clear photos or a short video of the item immediately
• Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery
• Share your order number and the evidence

We will arrange a free return pickup and either send the correct item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Creating an account is quick and easy. On the MC Store homepage, tap Sign Up, enter your name, email, phone number, and password. You can also sign up instantly using your Google account.

On the login page, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. A password reset link will be sent to your email. Click the link and follow the steps to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

You can browse products without an account, but you'll need to create an account to place orders, save items to your wishlist, and track your deliveries. Signing up is free and takes less than a minute.

To delete your account, go to Account → Delete Account in the app, or contact our support team via WhatsApp. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your order history and saved data will be removed.
